Job title: 1st line Helpdesk Company: City University Round: 1 of 1 Job interview questions asked: Well, I do agree that different companies have different ways of approaching a candidate but I hate when they start going on about you psychological side. There were two interviewers and one of them (who didn't know much about I. T.) said: This is the question I like the most: Give a name of someone you admire the most and explain to me why. Is there a wrong answer for this ? Well... different people have different opinions and I can't understand what the question has to do with a role as a 1st line helpdesk support. Another question was: Explain to me how to build a helpdesk from scratch.
