Is it polite to put your hand out to shake theinterviewer's hand at the when you arrive and leave? Or should you wait for them to do so first?

I wouldn't over think it Han, I don't think they will be.

Feel free to stick out your hand and give a firm, but not too firm, hand shake whilst looking them in the eye before and after the interview will be fine.

I would even argue that it is preferable for you to offer your hand. It will show confidence and assertiveness.

Shakey hand man reminds me of this guy from Banzai. I loved that show.

Haha I love the shakey hand man. I once tried it out with a variety of people that were coming to meet me.

I felt a little mean but it made me and my friend laugh so much!
